While our presence is global, all our parcels are dispatched directly from our production hub in Faisalabad, Pakistan, ensuring you receive authentic craftsmanship straight from the source.

Order Dispatch & Processing

  • Cut-Off Time: To ensure prompt delivery, our cut-off time is 12:00 PM (GMT) on working days.
    • Orders placed before this time will be dispatched the same day.
    • Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
  • Working Days: We operate Monday through Friday. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays; these will be attended to on the next available business day.
  • Peak Periods: During Eid, festive seasons, or major sale events, please allow for slight delays in shipment dispatch due to high order volumes.

Delivery Service

  • Our Partner: We have partnered with DHL for all deliveries. This ensures your order is handled with the highest level of care and efficiency from Pakistan to your doorstep.
  • In-Person Services: Please note that we do not offer in-person pickup or drop-off services.

Delivery Timeframes & Tracking

  • Standard Delivery: For orders within the UK, our standard delivery time is typically 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of extreme high-volume loads, logistical challenges, or natural disasters, delivery may take between 10–15 business days.
  • Direct from Source: Dispatching directly from Faisalabad allows for meticulous quality checks, international transit, and customs clearance.
  • Stay Updated: Track your delivery using the link provided in our dispatch email or the DHL app.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Shipping: A delivery charge of £12 applies to standard orders.
  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all UK orders above £150.
  • International Orders: For customers outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.

Holiday Schedule

Orders are not processed on non-working days or UK public holidays. Any orders placed during these periods will be prioritized on the first available working day.
